"REFiNED" is an editorial project included in my university curriculum.
In this project, I intended to create a neat layout that can capture the
overall mood of the magazine. Other than that, I hope I can convey
the concept that I personally care about:
The values we have sacrificed during the adoption of Consumerism.
"REFiNED" is the last stage of any production process, which is equivalent to a fully finished condition of a product. This magazine features various types of handicrafts and contemporary art from artisans around the world. Understanding the art of "making", I desire to present the irreplaceability of craftsmanship, and proof that imperfections make perfections.
